Refund policy

We do not offer refunds.
Items may be exchanged for store credit or another item of equal value.


Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Sample sale items

  • Gift cards


Faulty Items

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of receipt.
If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
