Processing Time

Due to high demand, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via our Express service (1–3 business days from dispatch).

  • 0–0.5 kg: £3.49

  • 0–2 kg: £4.99

  • 2–10 kg: £7.99

  • Free shipping on orders £85 and above

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Delivery timeframes typically range from 3–20 working days, depending on destination.

Customs & Duties

All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot be held responsible if your order is delayed or held by customs in your country.

For EU orders, import tax, VAT, and handling fees may apply.
If you refuse these charges and the parcel is returned, we may deduct any related costs from any store credit issued.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery details.
We cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the defined delivery period, please contact us within 16 working days of shipment so we can investigate.
